This season, fashion is having a nostalgic moment for New York's late '70s/early '80s clubbing heyday, and who better to represent the craze than Debbie Harry? Ripped T-shirts with subversive slogans, perversely-matched prints, and, most markedly, over-the-knee black leather boots (the new footwear, as seen at Louis Vuitton, Giles and Chloé for autumn/winter 2009) all played a part in the Blondie frontwoman's wardrobe.
